Rather than asking for an option that's so opposite to the game's design, learn from your mistakes. The game has no time limit, so you can always, literally always, recover from a bad raid. If you are having frequent party wipes, you really need to reevaluate your party compositions, trinket selection, skill selection, and overall strategy. Losing a hero here and there should be rare and acceptable, is part of the fun, and it will make your victories sweeter. The real progress is the improvement of your hamlet. The thing is, losing heroes is not (by design) that big of a deal. a save and load option clashes frontally against the complete design of the experience. No one would ask for a 100% accurate autoaim option in Doom Eternal just for the sake of having more options.
